  1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a tray. Stir the peanut butter well before weighing so its oil is evenly mixed.
  2. Mix the peanut butter, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the almond meal, baking powder and salt.
