Let’s make it.

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray and mix the almond meal, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs, yogurt and cooled melted butter. Stir into the dry mixture, then fold in the cheddar and parsley.
