Let’s make it.
- Pat the chilled ham slices dry and lay them flat on a clean board.
- Beat the cream cheese with mustard, parsley and pepper until spreadable.
- Spread over the ham. Place pepper and cucumber sticks along one edge of each slice and roll tightly.
- Cut into bite-size pieces, divide evenly into 4 servings and serve cold.
