STEP BY STEP
Let’s make it.
- Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper; coat the cauliflower and onion with half, then spread in a roasting dish.
- Rub the remaining seasoning over the chicken and lay it among the vegetables without crowding.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning the vegetables halfway. Check chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
- Mix yogurt with lemon juice. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes while the vegetables finish if needed.
- Divide chicken, vegetables, roasting juices and yogurt sauce into 4 servings.
