Let’s make it.

  1. Heat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line 8 muffin cups. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in the yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Mix in the beaten eggs on low speed just until combined. Avoid whipping in lots of air, which can make the cheesecakes rise and crack.
