Let’s make it.

  1. Drain the tuna thoroughly and weigh the drained fish. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  2. Whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice, mustard, parsley and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the tuna and cucumber, keeping some of the tuna in larger flakes.
