STEP BY STEP
Let’s make it.
- Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the asparagus on a large lined tray and toss with half the oil and half the salt.
- Place the salmon among the asparagus. Mix the remaining oil and salt with the garlic, lemon juice and pepper, then spoon over the fish.
- Roast for 12–18 minutes, depending on fillet thickness, until the salmon reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
- If the asparagus needs longer, transfer the fish to warm plates and roast the vegetables for another 2–3 minutes.
- Divide the fish and asparagus into 4 servings. Spoon over the tray juices and finish with the parsley.
