STEP BY STEP
Let’s make it.
- Drain and weigh the tuna. Pat it dry, then flake with a fork.
- Beat cream cheese with yogurt, lemon juice and pepper, then fold in tuna and half the parsley.
- Cut the cucumber into 12 thick rounds and pat their tops dry.
- Spoon the mixture over the cucumber, add remaining parsley and divide into 4 servings, three bites per person. Refrigerate until served.
