  1. Heat half the oil in a wide skillet. Sauté the cauliflower with half the salt for 6–8 minutes, keeping a little bite; transfer to a warm bowl.
  2. Add the remaining oil and onion to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the beef and break it into small pieces.
