STEP BY STEP

Let’s make it.

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a tray. Mix the almond meal, Parmesan, baking powder, pepper and salt.
  2. Stir in the eggs and butter, then fold in the chopped olives and parsley. Chill the dough for 10 minutes to make shaping easier.
  3. Divide into 10 pieces and shape into squat rounds about 5 cm wide. Arrange on the tray with space between them.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are set. Let them rest on the tray for 5 minutes.
