Let’s make it.
- Wash and dry 8 small romaine leaves. Shred the cabbage and cut the cucumber into fine matchsticks.
- Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and ginger together.
- Toss the cold cooked turkey, cabbage and cucumber in the dressing. Add any chopped lettuce trimmings.
- Fill the leaves, scatter with sesame seeds and divide into 4 servings. Serve chilled.
